Begonia soli-mutata
This unusual tropical species is also known as the Sun Tan Begonia due to its response to sunlight. This is best described as a textured, rhizomatous creeping variety. Leaves are flat, and in shades of green and brown or tan. We have found this loves lots of shade, or indoors away from bright light. Too warm temps or too bright light cause the plant to pale from stress.
Also suitable for terrariums, vivariums and similar domed growing conditions.
