Paphiopedilum Avalon Mist (Pink)
Bred from primulinum and glaucophyllum parentage, these are sequential bloomers. They will produce new buds on the end of the flower stem for months on end. Compact foliage is a medium green, with slightly rippled edges.
We have found that some of the seedlings are going to be soft pink/lavender with green highlights instead of the expected yellow. How cool! Similar coloring to the Pinocchio parentage, though more compact.
We are offering near blooming size plants happily growing in 2.5" pots. Large enough to flower within 18-24 months.
